Pool service in Waterleigh
Waterleigh is a Mattamy Homes master plan in the Horizon West / Winter Garden belt, reached from Avalon Road and Western Way. It is gated phases and amenity centers, not a city with a historic square. Families buy here for the clubhouse. Orlando West Pool Care does not service that clubhouse pool. We match a local tech to the private backyard behind your screen.
The housing is new enough that many cells and cartridges are still on the first owner. Problems we actually see: construction dust from a later phase, irrigation overspray, kids’ sunscreen on the waterline, and salt systems left in “winter” mode in a climate that does not winter. NOAA’s wet season still applies. A Thursday storm does not care that the HOA lawn looks perfect.
Waterleigh is closer to Flamingo Crossings than to Plant Street. We will not pretend this is a tourism page. It is a residential route with young trees, high UV, and HOA rules about where a hose may drain. If you leave from April to November, UF/IFAS still wants chemistry every 7–10 days — vacant & snowbird.
