Hamlin is a named village inside Horizon West, not a municipality. The road people mean is Hamlin Groves Trail; the landmark is Hamlin Town Center. Housing is almost all recent: townhomes with plunges, single-family lots with screens, and still-active construction two streets over. Orlando West Pool Care will match a local tech to a private backyard here. We will not quote the shopping-center water feature.
What makes Hamlin different from older Winter Garden is canopy — there is barely any. Full sun plus NOAA-normal summer rain is a chlorine treadmill. Salt systems are common. pH climbs, acid goes in, and anyone still using trichlor pucks as “backup” drives cyanuric acid toward the Florida 64E-9 recommended 40 mg/L ceiling without noticing. Weekly testing is the product.
Stormwater ponds ring the village. They are not your pool, but they explain the mosquito conversation and why debris after a cell is grit and seed, not oak leaves. Fertilizer from HOA lawns is the phosphate story. If the water went green while you were at Disney for a week, that is recovery, not a new finish.

Yes, if it is a private residential vessel. Notes should say spa-only so we do not send a tech expecting a 15,000-gallon freeform.
Is Hamlin in Winter Garden or Orange County?
Unincorporated Orange County / Horizon West. Some mailing addresses say Winter Garden. Put the gate and village name in the form.
