This policy describes the quote form on orlandowestpoolcare.com. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

When you submit the lead form we collect name, phone, email, city or ZIP, service type, optional notes, the date, and a technical IP address used to discourage abuse. A hidden honeypot field is present to catch bots; humans should not fill it.

What we do with it

The site stores the request as a private WordPress record (owpc_lead) visible to administrators. It also emails the WordPress admin address so someone can match you with a local Orlando West pool tech. We do not publish form submissions. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this form.

Cookies and WordPress

WordPress may set cookies for logged-in administrators. The public form does not require an account. If this install later adds analytics, that tool’s notice should be added here. None is bundled in the theme.

Retention and requests

Administrators can delete a lead from the WordPress dashboard. To ask what we hold, use the quote form or the admin email on this WordPress install. Florida residents may have additional rights under state law; we will not pretend to be your counsel.

Third parties

Email travels through whatever mail setup this WordPress site uses (host mail or a plugin you add). Hosting providers can see server logs. We do not embed a page builder that phones home.
